My name is Brayden Pitcher, and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor residing in Lethbridge. I enjoy spending time with my family, going on adventures, and constantly wishing that the wind would stop blowing! I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Lethbridge and earned my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Since graduating, I have been striving to help individuals in all facets of society, both locally in Lethbridge and virtually across Canada. I have always had a sincere desire to help others overcome their challenges, become better versions of themselves, and find healing, no matter what stage of life they may be in.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Lethbridge and a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Currently, I am completing additional training and certifications in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, the Gottman Method Level 1 (for couples), Clinical Anxiety Treatment, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This training has enabled me to work with individuals in both clinic/agency settings and privately.

I take a more integrated approach to therapy, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as my core modalities. CBT helps clients recognize and change negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and improve emotional regulation. EFT focuses on deepening emotional connections, healing relational wounds, and fostering secure attachments. Together, they provide a balanced approach to both cognitive and emotional well-being. I strive to provide a supportive, tailored approach to each individual’s needs. My philosophical approach to counselling and mental health is that, as human beings, we all have the skills and understanding to overcome the challenges we face. Sometimes, we just need a little help in discovering what those are for ourselves. I do not pretend to have all the answers, but as we work together, the hope is that we can collaborate in finding solutions, learn how to make and embrace change, and find healing in the therapeutic journey.

My experience has primarily involved working with adults and youth aged 12 and over. However, I have been extending my practice to include younger youth and children. With my experience, I have a special interest in supporting individuals who are striving to manage anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and grief, which are often associated with life’s many changes. I also have experience and a growing desire to support and strengthen couples who are going through relationship struggles and help them find healing as they grow and develop together.

Kaitlyn Morin BPA, MC Canadian Certified Counsellor

Hello! My name is Kaitlyn. I’m a mother to an energetic little boy. I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories—where they come from, what has shaped them, and how they’ve arrived at where they are today. My passion for understanding and supporting others led me to spend the earlier part of my career working within the criminal justice system and alongside vulnerable populations. However, I knew I wanted to connect with people on a deeper level. It is truly an honor to walk alongside individuals in this work, providing a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and hold a Master of Counselling degree from Gonzaga University. With over a decade of experience in the criminal justice system and working with vulnerable populations, I bring a diverse and compassionate perspective to my counselling practice. I have worked with both adolescents and adults, supporting them through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress management, emotional regulation, depression, burnout, identity exploration, self-compassion, life transitions, trauma, divorce and separation, parenthood, grief and loss, as well as postpartum and perinatal mental health.

I take a person-centered approach, ensuring that each client feels heard, safe, and supported from the very beginning of our work together. From this foundation, I draw upon a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, Strength-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. Each of these approaches allows me to tailor our work together to best meet your unique needs, offering a holistic, individualized path for your growth and healing.

I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, life transitions, identity exploration, trauma, divorce and separation, parenthood, grief and loss, as well as postpartum and perinatal mental health.
